Ukrainian NPPs Started Electricity Export to Belarus
Today, on 22 July, at midnight, Ukraine started to export power supply to Belarus.
Exported energy is produced at Ukrainian NPPs. Its amount, 12 thousand MWh of base load was sold by the Energoatom on the Ukrainian Energy Exchange site at the average weighted price of 948 UAH/MWh.
According to the contract, this energy is intended for further sale and/or supply outside Ukraine. Access to interstate crossing should be provided by the buyer himself.
Energy will be supplied from 22 to 31 July 2020.
