South Korea will Donate $ 1.2 Million to Ensure the Safety of Ukraine’s Nuclear Facilities
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea has announced providing financial assistance in the amount of $ 1.2 million to ensure the safety of Ukraine’s nuclear facilities.
The assistance will be used to support expert missions or purchase the necessary equipment and materials through the IAEA to ensure the safety of nuclear power plants, radioactive waste management, and the implementation of protection measures in Ukraine.
The decision was announced at a meeting of the IAEA Board of Governors in Vienna, Austria, held from 6 to 10 June.
